Alaska Trip Day 0 – Nashville, TN

Travel to Nashville with Mike and Teresa Phillips from home. Staying overnight in hotel so that we can get to the airport for an early flight. Tomorrow begins our 17-day trek to Alaska/Canada. We arrived in the early afternoon and unloaded our luggage at Hilton’s Home2 Suites near the BNA airport. Then we shopped awhile at the Opry Mills mall. Then we ate an early dinner at Ramono’s Macaroni Grill. It was delicious.

On the way back to the hotel, we decided to check out the path to the arrivals at the airport so that we would know where to go and what to look for in the morning. Plan to leave the hotel around 5am to catch a Delta flight leaving around 7:30am, as of right now. We better get in the bed early tonight!
